How will the reading be conducted?
All readings are delivered online either via live videocall or email (audio recording of the reading, or in writing, if preferred). Details for video call meetings will be provided once the booking is paid and confirmed.
Is the quality of online readings as good as in person?
Yes, absolutely. Although it is easier and quicker to energetically connect with people in person, any genuine psychic medium can tune into energy remotely without compromising the quality or accuracy of the reading.
Will the video call be recorded?
The live video call readings will not be recorded. However, you are most welcome to write down some notes, if you wish, or take your own "voice only" recording of the session for your personal use.
What happens if I miss my appointment? Can it be rescheduled?
Yes, in the event that you miss your appointment please send me an email requesting to re-schedule it and I will gladly sort it out for you. However, if you know in advance that you may need to change your appointment to a more suitable date or time, you can use the reschedule button at the bottom of the confirmation email.
Will I get a refund if I cancel the booking?
Yes. If either you or I (Myriam at MG Psychic Medium) cancel your booking, you will get a full refund. If you know in advance that you will not be available for the booking, you can change the date/time using the reschedule button at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please note that readings are not refundable once they have been delivered.
Will I get a refund if I am not happy with my reading?
I aim to provide honest, accurate and meaningful readings. However, if the information provided during either the 'Channelled Guidance' or the 'Psychic Mediumship' reading does not resonate at all (or you simply change your mind) within the first ten minutes into the videocall, you can request to stop the reading and a full refund will be issued. Tarot readings -whether by email or live videocall- are not refundable once the reading has started.
Please bare in mind that there may be times when you might not be able to validate the information provided during a mediumship reading because you have never actually met them in this life or you don't remember much about them. However, rest assured that your guides and your loved ones in Spirit will always come forward to tell you what you need to hear at this moment in time, even if that's not what you wanted or hoped to hear, because they want you to overcome any troubles and move forward. They truly have your best interest at heart! Have a little faith in them and listen to what they have to say.​
